The Uhuru Torch is expected to sets the foundation stone for Nelson Mandela Secondary hall.
The foundation stone will be set during the Uhuru torch race within the district. The project is the effort of the government to introduce the A level studies within the district. The project started in May 2018 and expects to be completed during the financial year 2018/2019. This project is implemented using internal revenue of the Councils and residents participation.
