A 20-member delegation, including 12 councilors From Kaskazini B Unguja, has arrived in Morogoro District Council in a training tour, which is in promoting the existing co-operation of the two councils.
The delegation is led by the Kaskazini B District Commissioner Mr. Issa Juma Ally. The Delegation is expected to visit Kinole Sacos, spice farmers at Kibogwa, O & OD programs at Mvuha, and Selou Game reserve
